MFreeTables [FirstTable.w,LastTable.w] ; Free/delete all/range of Tables

Frees all of the Table objects that have been created, or a range of objects
ranging from FirstTable to LastTable inclusive. Generally there will not be a
check to see if the tables exist or not. Once freed, the Table objects will be
effectively dead and free of actual data.
